Baldwin bags solo prize

The band's Principal Euphonium player, Andrew Baldwin claimed the top solo prize at The Leicestershire Brass Band Association contest on 19th November following a stunning performance within the band's own choice test-piece, Of Distant Memories.

The band were placed 6th out of a field of 8 in the Championship Section and are now in preparation for the series of Christmas concerts.
